Hi! My name is Tilly and I'm a variety gaming/cooking streamer which loves both gaming and cooking!
I'm a variety streamer in the truest sense that I do gaming casts, but also cook and sometimes play bass on stream, all while streaming from my kitchen.
I might not be a pro chef or the best gamer but I love to enjoy what I do and have fun with my stream. I play all sorts of games and don't have a particular type of game I play the most. I love learning new technologies and ways to make my stream better production wise.
I started streaming after I finished with college on a regular basis and enjoyed streaming enough to make it a regular thing. Eventually creative was allowed on twitch and started a semi regular cooking cast, then I made the decision to move my whole entire cooking/gaming setup to the kitchen. I like having the flexibility to do both and be mobile without being stuck in a chair all day.
I've been playing video games for about 20 years, if that counts for anything. I've also been cooking for about 5ish years, but I still have a lot to learn. Over the past two years I've learned a lot about audio/video equipment and have slowly built up to what I'm using right now.
I would like to create a place that people can enjoy hanging out to get away from daily life. I love to share my experiences and make games fun and entertaining to watch. I love to add things to my stream to encourage interactivity and strategy with chat. For nearly all games I encourage responsible backseating and cooperation.
I just finished playing through Rock of Ages 2 and often play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which is on hiatus.
Some of the best games that I canremember that I've played on stream was GTA: San Andreas, Hollow Knight, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and Super Mario Sunshine.
I would like to create a place that people can enjoy hanging out to get away from daily life. I love to share my love of cooking with others and encourage others to start cooking by making it fun and not intimidating. The best thing is knowing that I was responsible for someone trying to cook a new recipe or try to learn.
One of the most difficult things I cooked on stream was a Beef Wellington.
My most favorite project was the halloween themed cooking cast that ended up being less about cooking but we made our own black metal costumes and corresponding facepaint. Other meals which I made which were a lot of fun were the philly cheese steak stromboli and themed regional weeks like the korean week, indian week, and cajun week.
The best memories I know of being a viewer is knowing that what technical knowledge or overall assistance to a streamer drastically helped. Seeing people grow and improve is the best thing.
Sourkoolaidshow - One of my original streams which I started watching more than three years ago. Great guy and really cares about his community. One of the best communities on twitch.
