Hey guys! I'm Ryan, but you can call me Kiponner or Kip. I'm a surfer, gamer, and now streamer!
I'm 23 and I live in California with a couple buddies from high school right on the beach. I strongly believe you get what you give in this life, and I try to focus on the positive in every situation.
One of my favorite quotes so far has to be, "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve" - Napoleon Hill.
I have a strong passion for gaming and surfing. I've been gaming since the 2nd grade when my friend turned me on to RuneScape, and I've been surfing for about 10 years now. I've always wanted to become a content creator, and now I can since I built a new PC. There is so much for me to learn, but I strive for wisdom and improvement each and every day! The only game I really play is PUBG, I just love the gun play (even if there is a few bugs). I love hanging out and meeting new people, especially if I have the opportunity to make someone's day just a little bit better! There is no better feeling than bringing a genuine smile to someone's face and brightening their day!
My short-term goal for gaming right now is to become an Affiliate with Twitch and eventually a Partner so I can improve the quality and interaction of my stream and overall gaming experience. Long-term I would love to make this a career somehow whether that be streaming, competitive gaming, coaching, or maybe even marketing. I love inspiring people to break outside of their comfort zone, overcome obstacles, or even just being their to listen if they need to talk. I guess you could say my goal is to bring positivity to as many people as I possibly can.
So by far my all time favorite game has to be PUBG, and that is the only game I've streamed or created YouTube videos for. However, I used to play Old School RuneScape religiously. I got forced into playing Fortnite and even though I was super reluctant to give in, once I got used to it I had a ton of fun.
So as of now I only manage my own community, in the form of Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and Twitter. I was part of a community called WWR, and they were nice enough to let me manage the NA side of things (they were from Australia).
I just love interacting with people, whether it's helping, chatting, motivating, or even video editing. Being part of something give you a sense of purpose and direction, and really forces you to improve yourself first so you can help others improve.
I love being part of special events, such as custom matches! It's so fun to see people get excited and want to be a part of something!
Helping people maintain a certain quality is a great way to fine-tune the way you present yourself as a human being. Learning what is important to different people, experiencing chaos, and embracing structure is so beneficial when it comes to self-development!
I found a smaller streamer (10-20 viewers) and I popped in to say hi. The streamer was super cool, and his community was so nice! It was my first time in Bopili's stream and within the first 10 minutes someone gifted me a sub! That same night I hopped into a couple other channels and the same thing happened! I got 3 gifted subs that night, I couldn't believe it!
My favorite streamers include, but are not limited to ChocoTaco, Kaymind, Pr0phie, TetherTv, Bopili, Ibiza, Shroud, Halifax, TSM_Viss, DrDisrespect, ErycTriceps, Tfue, and WackyJacky101 just to name a few. I love humble, honest, and chill people. I've been watching most of these streamers for about 2 years now.
A friend. One of the most important roles we can play in someones life. Through thick and thin a friend is someone who has your back and lifts you up when you are down. So many times I have had in-depth conversations with people whom I have never met face to face, yet I still felt like I could count on them to be there if I needed them (and vice-versa). We all need at-least 1 person in our life who can wipe the mud off our face and encourage us to get our head back in the game!
